Home Information Packs
We provide Home Information Packs for all homes and can tailor the packs to include as much or as little information for your prospective buyers as you require which might include:
- Floor plans
- Home contents included in the sale
- Local information (i.e. doctors, dentist contact detail and local schools)
- Relevant information on heating boilers (i.e. servicing records)
Basic packs can start from as low as £189.00, but we will always quote you first.
Energy Performance Certificates
We provide Energy Performance Certificates for most building, and will always discuss your needs prior to any assessments being carried, along with a fixed price and appointment date.
Home Energy Reviews
Our aim is to advise and assist property owners (domestic and commercial) to achieve lower fuel usage and smaller energy bills. This may be a simple 15 minute discussion to a full energy assessment of the buildings services and fuel bills. These reviews can be used to improve you home prior to a formal Energy Assessment making your property more attractive to a prospective buyer or tenant. If we cannot find any area that can be improved we will not charge you.

Portable Appliance Testing
This is a must for all landlords and business to comply with the current standards within the Health and Safety regulations. This service can be carried out conjunction with Energy Assessments or independently, although there are substantial savings when combined.
Our sister company LOCALPAT are specialists in portable appliance testing. LOCALPAT test any appliance fitted with a mains voltage plug to comply with the Electricity at work regulations, protecting you and your employees or tenants.
All of our Field service engineers are fully trained and qualified to City & Guilds 2377.
We undertake all types of portable appliance testing including IT equipment, fuse, plug changes, small minor repairs and full appliance reports.
We offer flexible hours of work and will deliver reliable Electrical Testing and Inspecting that is essential for any business.
At competitive prices, the service can be tailored to specific requirements and a site survey will be required before commencement of any testing is carried out.
Home Improvements and Maintenance
We also offer help with running repairs, decorating etc for both home owners and businesses. With many contacts in the building industry, if we cannot do it, we know someone who can.
